- Ways of paying :

in the shop : cheque (French), cash
by post : cheque (French), money order, bank transfer (BIC, IBAN….)
by Internet : bank card (secure payment via the Crédit Agricole)

If you do not want to pay for your order via our site, you can pay by post (contact us beforehand)

In accordance with the law 80-335, the goods belong to Monnaies Médailles 17 until full payment has been made and accepted.
In the case of a dispute, the only competent court to deal with the affair is the La Rochelle court that deals with trade matters.

- Delivery conditions :

- The consignment is sent by registered post as soon as full payment has been received.

- The delivery delay of 48 hours is given as an indication only. The delays that are not respected cannot give rise to any claim for damages of any kind.

- The buyer accepts the entire general selling conditions stipulated on the order form, which are firm and definitive.

- Any complaint must be made in the 8 days following the delivery date. All retuned goods must have approval and with postage paid. No postage owing will be accepted.
